Hyperconverged systems have now officially taken over the global converged systems market, accounting for 51 percent of all converged systems sales worldwide in the first quarter of 2020.
The worldwide hyperconverged systems market generated nearly $2 billion in the first quarter, up more than 8 percent year over year, compared with $1.8 billion in the first quarter of 2019, according to data by IT research firm IDC.
