Access points unit sales through distribution rose a whopping 470 percent year over year for Avaya during the quarter, which only sold 811 units one year ago. Unit share for the Santa Clara, Calif.-based unified communications specialist increased 0.8 points. In January, Avaya filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a move CEO Kevin Kennedy said was the "best path forward."
