Kaseya, BCM One, ClearScale, CompassMSP, Lumen, Databricks and Cynomi were among the tech companies making key executive hires and moves in June 2025.
New CEOs of Kaseya, BCM One, ClearScale and CompassMSP marked some of the biggest executive moves of June 2025.
Taking those spots are Rania Succar, formerly of Intuit; Sandy Preizler, formerly of Bandwidth; Matthew Stoyka, formerly of NewRocket; and Michael Rapp, formerly of Praecipio Consulting.

June 2025 Tech Executive Moves
Lumen, Databricks and Cynomi were among other tech giants to make significant executive moves during the month as companies invested in talent for overseeing sales, technology and partners. Those executives were:
- Lori Garcia, formerly of Microsoft
- Anya Kuligina, formerly of Salesforce
- Naveed Malik, formerly of SentinelOne
May saw job openings increase unexpectedly, a sign of labor markets reacting to uncertainty as countries negotiate global tariffs, according to Reuters. Job openings grew by 374,000 to 7.8 million by the last day of May.

Matthew Stoyka
Matthew Stoyka joined ClearScale in June as CEO.
Before Stoyka arrived at the San Francisco-based Amazon Web Services solution provider, he served as CEO of NewRocket for about three years, according to his LinkedIn account.
His resume includes about three years with Rackspace. He left the company in 2020 as chief solutions officer.
Naveed Malik
Cynomi tapped Naveed Malik as vice president of global distribution partnerships in June.
The Israel-based security vendor brought on Malik after he worked at SentinelOne for about three years, according to his LinkedIn account. He left SentinelOne as area VP of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) partner and managed security service provider (MSSP) sales.
His resume includes about two years with Monday.com. He left the company in 2022 as regional director of the EMEA channel and MSP partnerships.
Cynomi has about 150 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Anya Kuligina
Anya Kuligina joined Databricks in June as vice president of Americas marketing.
Kuligina came to the San Francisco-based data products vendor after about three years with Salesforce, according to her LinkedIn account. She left Salesforce with the title of senior vice president of global marketing.
Her resume includes about a year with VMware, leaving in 2022 as vice president of Americas marketing. She also spent about 17 years with Google, leaving in 2021 as head of global demand and regional marketing for Google Cloud.
Databricks has about 5,000 partners worldwide, according to the company.
Lori Garcia
Lumen Technologies hired Lori Garcia in June as senior vice president of strategy, experience, and commercial excellence.
Garcia joined the Monroe, La.-based telecommunications vendor after about nine years with Microsoft, according to her LinkedIn account. She left Microsoft with the title of general manager for driving the AI go-to-market (GTM) strategy in the U.S. manufacturing and high-tech sectors.
Her resume includes about 10 years with Chesapeake Energy, leaving the company in 2015 with the title of senior director of IT for infrastructure services.

Indrojit Deb
Salesforce brought on Indrojit Deb as senior vice president and architect of the unified Agentforce platform in June.
Deb came to the San Francisco-based enterprise applications vendor after about 27 years with Microsoft, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Microsoft with the title of chief technology officer for Power Platform intelligent applications and business and industry copilots.
During his years at Microsoft, he also served as a CTO and technology director for Power Apps and a principal development manager with Dynamics.
Salesforce has about 16,000 partners worldwide, according to CRN.
Michael Rapp
Michael Rapp took on the top job of CEO at CompassMSP in June. He’d been a company executive board member since November.
Rapp came to the West Hartford, Conn.-based company–a member of CRN’s 2025 MSP 500–after previously serving as CEO of Praecipio Consulting for about two years, according to his LinkedIn account.
His resume includes about a year as CEO of Champion One (C1), leading the optical networking components company through its 2021 sale to Legrand.
Rania Succar
Kaseya tapped Rania Succar as its new CEO in June.
Succar joined the Miami-based MSP tools vendor after about 10 years with Intuit, according to her LinkedIn account. She left Intuit with the title of general manager of the Mailchimp division.
Her resume includes about five years with Google. She left in 2016 as director of brand solutions and innovation for North America.

Sandy Preizler
Sandy Preizler became CEO of BCM One in June.
Preizler joined the New York-based company–a member of CRN’s 2025 MSP 500–after about three years with Bandwidth. He left Bandwidth with the title of chief revenue officer, according to his LinkedIn account.
His resume includes about seven years with NCR. He left the company in 2022 as senior vice president and worldwide head of sales for the hospitality division.
Tina McNulty
Tina McNulty became chief marketing officer at Presidio in June.
McNulty joined the New York-based company–a member of CRN’s 2025 MSP 500–after about two years as CMO of ScienceLogic, according to her LinkedIn account.
Her resume includes about two years as senior vice president of marketing at ECI. She left the company in 2023.
Christine Wenzel
In June, Christine Wenzel joined NTT Data as senior vice president of North America growth.
Wenzel came to the Plano, Texas-based company–No. 2 on CRN’s 2025 Solution Provider 500–after about two years with Unisys, according to her LinkedIn account. She left Unisys with the title of SVP of global sales.
Her resume includes about five years with Dell Technologies. She left the company in 2023 as vice president of sales.
Tarek Robbiati
Tarek Robbiati became chief financial officer of Pure Storage in June.
Before Robbiati joined the Santa Clara, Calif.-based data storage vendor, he served as CEO of RingCentral for about three months, according to his LinkedIn account.
His resume includes about five years as Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s CFO. He left HPE in 2023.

Greg Ernst
In June, Intel promoted Greg Ernst to the role of chief revenue officer.
Ernst has been with the Santa Clara, Calif.-based semiconductor vendor for about 20-plus years, according to his LinkedIn account. He previously served as interim chief commercial officer.
Over the years, he has served as an Intel general manager and vice president leading the U.S. sales and marketing organization, a global director of Intel’s Cisco account team and a director of engineering and new product development with the Dell account team.

Forcepoint brought on a new CFO in June–Matt Derdeyn.
Derdeyn joined the Austin, Texas-based data security vendor after about four years with Archer Technologies, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Archer with the CFO title and led the company through a double carve-out from Dell Technologies and RSA Security.
His resume includes about five years as CFO at LionTree, a technology, media and telecom (TMT) focused merchant bank.

Meini Heuberger
Meini Heuberger became CFO of Weka in June, according to a company statement.
The Campbell, Calif.-based storage system vendor hired Heuberger after he spent about two years with Cohere, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Cohere with the title of vice president of revenue.
His resume includes about four years with Cisco. He left the vendor in 2023 as senior vice president of virtual sales and sales operations.

Mark Smith
Mark Smith came to SAP in June, taking on the role of chief revenue officer for the business technology platform.
Smith joined the Germany-based enterprise applications vendor after about 21 years with Microsoft, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Microsoft with the title of chief revenue officer and worldwide sales lead for Azure infrastructure.
His previous roles at Microsoft include general manager for Commercial Solutions Area (CSA) and Western Europe Dynamics partner lead and director.
SAP has 25,000 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Kobi Bar-Nathan
Kobi Bar-Nathan joined Google Cloud in June as CFO.
Bar-Nathan came to the Mountain View, Calif.-based artificial intelligence and cloud products vendor after about six years with Oracle, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Oracle with the title of CFO and senior vice president of finance for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
His resume includes about 10 years with Microsoft. Bar-Nathan left Microsoft in 2018 with the title of finance director for Microsoft Cloud infrastructure.

Sigal Gill-More
Check Point brought on a new chief human resources officer in June–Sigal Gill-More.
Gill-More joined the Tel Aviv-based security vendor after about seven years with Similarweb, according to her LinkedIn account. She left Similarweb with the title of chief people officer.
Her resume includes about nine years with Nice. She left the company in 2018 with the title of executive vice president of HR.

Brian Hamel
Qlik made Brian Hamel its chief revenue officer in June.
Hamel joined the King of Prussia, Pa.-based data integration products vendor after about four years with Veritas, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Veritas with the title of executive vice president and chief revenue officer for worldwide sales and marketing.
His resume includes about five years with Oracle, leaving in 2020 as senior vice president of the Cloud Business Group.
Qlik has about 1,900 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Mathias Høyer
Mathias Høyer joined Syspro as CFO in June.
The England-based enterprise applications vendor brought on Høyer after he worked at Banking Circle Group for about a year, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Banking Circle Group as group head of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and investor relations.
His resume includes about two years with Booksy as CFO. He left the marketplace platform provider in 2024.
Syspro has about 100 channel partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2025 Channel Chiefs.
Arvind Krishnan
Arvind Krishnan joined Alteryx in June as chief technology officer.
Krishnan joined the Irvine, Calif.-based AI and data analytics vendor after about three years with Bluecore, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Bluecore with the CTO title.
His resume includes about 14 years with Salesforce and Desk.com, which Salesforce bought in 2011. Krishnan left Salesforce in 2021 with the title of senior vice president of engineering.
James Ashcraft
James Ashcraft returned to Unisys in June, taking on the role of global vice president of client delivery operations.
Ashcraft came to the Blue Bell, Pa.-based company–No. 41 on CRN’s 2025 Solution Provider 500–after about 10 years with NTT Data Services, according to his LinkedIn account. He left NTT with the title of senior vice president of provider health care client delivery.
His previous Unisys stint lasted about a year. He left the company in 2013 as vice president of enterprise computing platforms.
Dan Timko
BlueAlly hired Dan Timko in June as its chief strategy officer.
The Atlanta-based company–a member of CRN’s 2025 MSP 500–tapped Timko after he spent about five years with ThinkOn, according to his LinkedIn account. He left ThinkOn with the chief strategy officer title.
His resume includes about a year as chief strategy officer for J2 Global’s backup and disaster recovery business. He left J2 in 2021.
Kandy Kent
Kandy Kent joined Alithya in June, taking on the role of global vice president for the Oracle, Salesforce, Amazon Web Services and Snowflake practice.
Kent came to the Montréal-based company–a member of CRN’s 2025 MSP 500–after about 18 years with Oracle, according to her LinkedIn account. She left Oracle with the title of vice president of global strategic accounts for financial services, life sciences, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail.
Her resume includes roles as global key account director for financial services, insurance and health care and enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications manager for banking and financial services at Oracle.
Nathan Crosby
In June, OSF Digital hired Nathan Crosby as vice president of sales and go-to-market (GTM)
The Quebec-based solution provider tapped Crosby after he worked at Salesforce for about 17 years, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Salesforce as operating unit commercial officer for professional services.
His resume includes roles as vice president, sector leader and operating unit GTM leader for Salesforce’s professional services and senior director of Salesforce advisory services.
Andrew Hallman
Andrew Hallman became vice president and strategic account executive at Leidos in June.
Hallman came to the Reston, Va.-based company–No. 10 on CRN’s 2025 Solution Provider 500–after about three years with Peraton, according to his LinkedIn account. He left Peraton as vice president of national security strategy and integration.
His resume includes more than 30 years in the intelligence community, serving as the CIA’s deputy director for digital innovation and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s principal executive.
Shawn Slayton
Kyndryl brought on a new vice president and U.S. SAP practice leader in June by hiring Shawn Slayton.
Slayton joined the New York-based company–No. 11 on CRN’s 2025 Solution Provider 500–after about 15 years with Capgemini. He left Capgemini with the title of principal of the SAP center of excellence, according to his LinkedIn account.
His resume includes time as an Infor operations and delivery lead at Capgemini and a senior manager at the solution provider.
Kathryn Hall
Kathryn Hall returned to Optiv in June, taking on the role of vice president of client development and engagement for managed security services.
Hall previously worked at the Denver-based company–No. 28 on CRN’s 2025 Solution Provider 500–for about four years, according to her LinkedIn account. She left the company as senior director of security operations.
Before she returned to Optiv, Hall worked at Lightstream.io for about two years. She left the company with the title of vice president of customer experience.
Shiva Karra
Tech Mahindra tapped Shiva Karra as vice president and head of its North America Google Cloud business in June.
Karra came to the India-based company–No. 23 on CRN’s 2025 Solution Provider 500–after more than 20 years with Wipro. He left Wipro with the title of chief technology officer and leader of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) business in North America and Latin America, according to his LinkedIn account.

Erika Moore-Chalita
In June, Coforge picked Erika Moore-Chalita for the role of senior vice president and global head of strategic partnerships development for travel, transportation and hospitality.
