Net At Work Makes Its Sixth Acquisition This Year

Net at Work has bought Kinzit Technologies in a move to expand its managed services expertise and cybersecurity offerings.

Net at Work, the fast-growing SMB technology advisor, application solution provider and MSP, has acquired Kinzit Technologies, a Southgate, Mich.-based MSP and cybersecurity firm.

The acquisition is Net at Work’s sixth acquisition this year and its ninth since July 1, 2025.

Net at Work, based in New York, said the latest acquisition strengthens its managed services and cybersecurity capabilities, especially in the healthcare, construction and nonprofit sectors.

Kinzit’s employees will join Net at Work, the company said, and continue to serve their existing clients while benefiting from expanded career growth opportunities. Kinzit’s clients, meanwhile, will gain access to a broader suite of applications and services that Net at Work, in a statement, said “will optimize workflows and support business growth.”

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Net at Work, a leading service provider to small and mid-size businesses and organizations, is No. 221 on the CRN 2026 Solution Provider 500 and appeared on the CRN 2026 Managed Service Provider 500 list.

Net at Work has been on an acquisition binge in recent years and especially since mid-2025. Some of the acquisitions have been of companies with expertise and services around Sage Software and Acumatica ERP, CRM and human resource management applications—especially for small and mid-size business and non-profit organizations. Other acquisitions have extended Net at Work’s MSP services and expertise while others have expanded its geographical footprint.

In June Net at Work acquired Sage Software partner Millennium Accounting Solutions, expanding its presence in the Sage accounting and financial software and services space.

Acquisitions earlier this year included Endeavor4, a Sage Intacct application service provider; Managed services provider OnPar Technologies; ERP application solution provider BHE Consulting; and Network Computer Solutions, a Kansas-based provider of managed services throughout the Midwestern U.S.

Later 2025 acquisitions included AppSolute in August, the Acumatica practice of Advanced Solutions & Consulting in September, and LLB Partners in October.
