April Walker
April Walker moved to Salesforce last month, taking the title of senior vice president of customer success, according to her LinkedIn account.
In this role, she serves the San Francisco-based customer relationship management software provider’s “Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy (MAE), Canada and SMB Operating Units in Northern America,” according to her LinkedIn. She leads “the team that makes every customer committed to Salesforce for life across a $3B+ business.”
Walker came to Salesforce after more than five years with Microsoft, according to her LinkedIn. She left the tech giant with the title of general manager of U.S. Microsoft technology centers and industry innovation.
In this role, she worked “to help global cross-industry enterprises transform into digital businesses and create enhanced customer experiences” and “led the national organization of the state-of-the-art US Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC/CoE) located in 15 state/cities,” according to her LinkedIn.
Her resume includes about two years with MetLife, according to her LinkedIn account. She left the company with the title of vice president of distributed engineering for global technology information and operations.
