At its 2025 Amplify Conference, HP made clear that the future of work is no longer a distant concept - it’s a practical, partner-driven opportunity.
For HP, the future of work means using AI, sustainability, and a flexible technology ecosystem to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers. And now, with major updates to its Amplify partner program, HP is equipping its commercial, retail, and distribution partners to lead that future.
Unlocking Growth with Smarter Compensation and AI Enablement
HPs newly launched Amplify SuperPower Booster marks a bold shift in how partners are rewarded. Building on the earlier "More for More" model, the SuperPower Booster gives partners bigger incentives for selling across the full HP portfolio.
Commercial partners saw this change take effect in May, with retail and distribution partners following later in the year. This unified compensation structure rewards solution selling and supports that enable better customer outcomes and business growth.
At the same time, HP is scaling its Amplify AI program, designed to help partners capitalize on the growing demand for artificial intelligence. New resources include real-world customer use cases, access to AI experts, and tailored training - like the HP NVIDIA Technical Sales Strategy MasterClass - to upskill sales teams and executives alike.
These assets make AI more accessible, enabling partners to drive smarter customer conversations and unlock value faster.
Doubling Down on Sustainability with Real Business Impact
HP’s Amplify Impact initiative continues to outperform expectations. The program has now exceeded its 2025 enrollment target, with more than 50 percent of Amplify partners participating. And the results speak volumes: partners in the program have seen a 70 percent increase in RFP win rates and a doubling of sustainable sales year-over-year.
What’s changed? HP has evolved the program from awareness-building to actionable support - helping partners meet customer sustainability requirements and turn environmental responsibility into competitive advantage.
