Accenture Director Joins Google Cloud Star Quantiphi As New CEO To Lead ‘Global Scale’
Quantiphi’s new CEO Jim Reesing takes a deep dive with CRN about his vision for the Google Cloud Premier Partner, the expertise he brings from Accenture and his plan for global scale.
Google Cloud all-star partner Quantiphi has hired Accenture veteran Jim Reesing as its new CEO to take the company’s enterprise transformation business and global scale to the next level.
“I’ve spent thirty years in this industry, spending half my time working at large organizations like Accenture and IBM and the other half scaling up smaller, more entrepreneurial companies,” Reesing tells CRN.
“What excited me about Quantiphi is the depth of AI-native engineering capability this team has built since the early days of AI over a decade ago,” Quantiphi’s new CEO said. “My immediate focus is to combine Quantiphi’s elite engineering DNA with mature enterprise transformation capability.”

Reesing spent the last decade in top executive positions at solution provider giant Accenture.
He most recently served as senior managing director at Accenture, leading complex AI-enabled enterprise transformation for Accenture customers.
He’s also held top sales roles at Accenture including managing director of operations sales, as well as global enterprise transformation sales leadership positions.
Co-Founder Says New CEO Will ‘Amplify Our Momentum’
Marlborough, Mass.-based Quantiphi is a Google Cloud Premier Partner that won Google’s 2026 Databases Partner of the Year award for North America.
In 2025, Quantiphi also won Google Cloud’s North American Artificial Intelligence Partner of the Year award.
“This move is about doubling down to amplify our momentum,” said Quantiphi’s co-founder and technology leader, Asif Hasan.
Hasan said evolving Quantiphi’s leadership structure allows the co-founders of the company to stay fully engaged in, “What we do best—pushing the boundaries of innovation, driving deep customer engagement, and steering long-term strategy, while Jim brings the enterprise experience needed to lead us through our next era of global scale.”
In addition to Accenture, Reesing has held leadership roles across IBM, Capgemini, Kanbay, Xchanging and Freeborders, focused on scaling complex global businesses and leading large enterprise transformation programs.
Bringing Global Experience To Quantiphi
Reesing said his experience working at Accenture, as well as other large tech companies, gave him client pattern recognition that he will bring to Quantiphi.
“I’ve sat across the table from some of the most complex transformation decisions facing the boards of Fortune 500 companies. I’ve seen deals that looked perfect on paper fall apart in execution. And I’ve seen unlikely bets, the ones everyone questioned, compound into something extraordinary,” he explained.
“That judgment—earned slowly and sometimes painfully—is what I hope to bring here,” he said.
Additionally, he said one of the best things he’ll bring to Quantiphi is keeping its engineering culture intact.
“The best thing I can do for Quantiphi is protect what already makes it special, the engineering culture, the entrepreneurial energy, the AI-native DNA, while helping the company rise up to the opportunity it has spent years preparing for,” Reesing said.
What Attracted Reesing To Quantiphi
Reesing said what attracted him to Quantiphi is that the company built “something incredibly rare in the channel: deep technical credibility, exceptional customer trust, and massive commercial momentum” at exactly the right moment as the AI-native services market takes off.
He said solution providers often struggle to bridge the gap between deep technical engineering and massive enterprise scale.
However, Quantiphi’s engineering culture and AI vision gives the company the perfect foundation in the AI era.
“This is a unique opportunity to lead an already exceptional, fast-growing business and scale it into an enduring, world-class global leader,” Reesing said.
CEO’s Message To Quantiphi Customers
Reesing said Quantiphi customer relationships, assigned delivery teams, and ongoing client engagements will remain completely unchanged with his hiring.
“The message to customers is simple: total operational continuity,” he said.
He said Quantiphi’s evolving corporate structure means the company is bringing more institutional resources, deeper operational frameworks, and stronger governance to support its clients’ long-term success as their AI programs scale from experiments into successful business outcomes.
“When you combine Quantiphi’s AI-native engineering with deep operating model and process transformation, you’re offering an end-to-end solution that changes how a business runs. That’s the white space I see,” Reesing said. “That’s the thematic direction I’m excited about.”
